What is included in the 14-day free trial?
Every feature on every tier is unlocked during your trial. You get full access to AI credits, all integrations, every marketing capability, and all module features. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans save approximately 15%. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you at 80% and 100% of your allocation. If you exceed limits, features degrade gracefully rather than hard-cutting. You can purchase add-ons or upgrade your tier at any time.
Can I switch modules or tiers?
Yes. You can add or remove modules and change tiers at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have a 30-day window to export all your data after cancellation. After 30 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from all systems, including backups.
