Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the Riovis platform and all related services provided by TopHare Software Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using Riovis, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Riovis to create, store, transmit, or distribute content that: - Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable - Infringes on any intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or privacy rights - Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems - Constitutes unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws - Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination - Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization - Contains personal data of individuals collected without proper consent
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or related systems - Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or other resource-abuse activities - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform beyond approved API usage - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform access without written authorization - Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions - Use the platform in a manner that degrades performance for other customers
4. AI Usage Guidelines
When using AI-powered features (content generation, Riovis AI, Riovis Engine, Riovis Pilot): - You retain ownership and responsibility for all AI-generated content - You must review AI outputs before publishing or sending them to customers - You may not use AI features to generate content that violates this AUP - You may not attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer underlying AI models - AI-generated content should be clearly attributable to your organization when representing your brand
5. Resource Limits
Usage is subject to the allocations and limits of your subscription tier. Sustained usage significantly exceeding your plan limits may result in throttling, a request to upgrade, or suspension. We will provide reasonable notice before taking action except in cases of abuse.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe a Riovis user is violating this AUP, please report it to abuse@riovisplatform.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this AUP. For non-critical violations, we will attempt to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remediate before taking action. For severe violations (security threats, illegal activity, or actions causing harm to other customers), we may take immediate action without prior notice.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
